Pre-orders usually take 2–8 weeks, depending on the order date. Along the way, Booccasion will keep you updated by email at every step. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. As a preorder-based brand, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin production and are unable to accept cancellations.
