Shipping and return policys

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that will be made after your order is placed. Full payment is collected at checkout.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations or changes are not possible since each piece is made to order.
  • Please review our Returns Policy for more details.

 

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 2–8 weeks, depending on order date and collection cycle
  • Customers will receive email updates at each stage of production and fulfillment.
  • A tracking number is provided once your order has shipped.
  • Currently, Booccasion only ships within the USA.

 

Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are limited:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted in cases of obvious damage / defect, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please contact us at support@booccasion.com within 7 business days of receiving your order, with photos as proof.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Pre-order items in good condition are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Please carefully review our size chart  before placing your order. Note: sizing may vary slightly (1–2 cm difference).


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  •  If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@booccasion.com.

If your order cannot be fulfilled due to production issues, you will be notified by email and offered either:

  • A refund (processed in 7–14 business days), or
  • A replacement style (please allow 2–8 weeks for material confirmation, production, and quality check).
