Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that will be made after your order is placed. Full payment is collected at checkout.
- Orders may be canceled/ mortified within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, cancellations or changes are not possible since each piece is made to order.

Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 2–4 weeks, depending on order date and collection cycle
- Customers will receive email updates at each stage of production and fulfillment.
- A tracking number is provided once your order has shipped.
- Currently, Booccasion only ships within the USA.
Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.

🕊️ Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
💛 Returns & Exchanges
While all preorders are considered final sale, we understand that online shopping for little ones can be tricky.
As a courtesy, we offer returns for store credit or a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, depending on item availability.
If there’s any issue with your order — such as damage, defect, or an unexpected problem — please contact us at support@booccasion.com within 7 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right every time.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
- Requested through our contact form or by email within 7 days of receiving your order
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because every item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or sizing preference beyond the one-time courtesy exchange
- Items in good condition delivered within the normal preorder timeline
- Sale items, gift cards, and accessories (hair clips, socks, hats)
Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing.
Slight variations in measurement (1–2 cm) or minor color differences due to lighting or screens are not considered defects.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether the refund or store credit is approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
- Processing times may vary by bank or card provider
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at support@booccasion.com
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to production issues, you’ll be contacted and offered either:
- A full refund (processed within 7–14 business days), or
- A replacement style, with 2–8 weeks allowed for material confirmation, production, and quality check
