Why Preorder?

At Booccasion, we believe in slowing down, planning with intention, and choosing clothing that feels memorable. Preorder allows you to take your time, invest in quality, and receive pieces that are worth the wait — not rushed, disposable fashion.

 

How Preorder Works

  • Curated with care: Every piece is selected by Mama Boo for its quality fabric, comfort, and style. Designs are chosen from unique creators who share our values.
  • Made to order: Items are only produced after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and ensures freshness.
  • Collections:
    • Monthly drops: 20–30 new styles
    • Weekly micro-drops: 5–8 surprise styles
    • Order closing: Each month’s orders close together. Example: Halloween collection opens Oct 1 and closes Oct 6. All orders placed before Oct 6 ship in the same batch.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders arrive in 2–8 weeks, depending on when you order
  • All customers receive regular email updates with order status, confirmation, and tracking once shipped

 

Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours
  • Exchanges/refunds are available only for damages or material issues
  • Please check our size chart carefully (sizes may vary 1–2 cm)
